Before testing TrustedSite, The Shoe Mart was seeing a lot of growth as a result of marketing efforts bringing in new visitors to the site. They recognized the importance of  building trust and had invested in Norton Shopping Guarantee to help make a good first impression. As a way to improve the full customer journey all the way through checkout, The Shoe Mart decided to test TrustedSite. They worked with The Good to set up an A/B test with Norton Shopping Guarantee badges in the control and 5 TrustedSite trustmarks in the variant. To help new customers build trust in their products and website, Stealth Belt® had been using Norton Shopping Guarantee badges, but decided to test TrustedSite trustmarks when they heard of the conversion improvements other sites have seen by making the switch. The Stealth Belt® team used in house resources to create an experiment that would display Norton Shopping Guarantee badges to half of their visitors and TrustedSite trustmarks to the other half. At the end of the testing period, TrustedSite was declared the winner as it generated a 7.6% conversion rate lift for the site. Read the complete case study.

In hopes of increasing visitor trust, Walkin’ Pets had been using Norton Shopping Guarantee badges for several years but wasn’t sure if they were having a significant impact on conversions. They decided to enlist the help of the conversion optimization experts at Frictionless Commerce to set up an A/B test using VWO with Norton as the control and TrustedSite as the variant. MyBinding.com had been using the Norton Seal and GoDaddy security trust seal to build visitor trust on their site, but decided to see if they could achieve a conversion lift by testing TrustedSite Certification. They partnered with the conversion optimization experts at Surefoot to create and execute an experiment plan that used the current version of the site with the Norton Seal and GoDaddy seal as the control and placed TrustedSite trustmarks in the variant.
